Pricing Policy

We recognize that some manuscripts will need only minor editing, while others will require more substantial revisions and this will be reflected in the price quote. We will work with you to address your specific needs and to ensure that you receive a 'journal ready' manuscript! Typical quotes will be in the range of 5-10 cents (US) per word, with an additional charge for editing of figures, tables or other data displays.

Once you submit your manuscript to us, we will carefully review it and promptly reply (typically within about 48 hours) with a customized quote based on your needs.

We are also happy to discuss details with you by email if you have any follow up questions or requests. We will send you a receipt upon completion of the project.

Payment Details

Follow these easy steps:

1) Submit your manuscript to us.

2) We will send you a free price quote.

3) You send us an email saying that you agree to our quote.

4) We send you an invoice for the requested amount via PayPal.

5) You submit a payment with a credit card via PayPal.

Alternatively, we also accept payment via wire/bank transfer and will send you details if requested.
